Karbonn mobiles are good (what a Joke) but they have
world's worst after sale service. People feel them-self foolish after
purchasing the mobile. I am also a Karbonn mobile user and my own experience is
same like others.
Karbonn mobiles problems start from purchasing it.
Once you owned the phone your life would be hell.
Here are my personal experiences:-
I owned karbonn mobile Titanium S1 Plus and it
automatically shuts down, without doing nothing. I keep mobile in my pocket and
don't know when it switched off. My friends complaining me that you idiot why
you keep your mobile switch off. I hope phone sucks may be Karbonn service
center's not.
I moved to Karbonn’s service
center and ask them to fix my mobile. They handover me a receiving and replied
that, you’ll get your mobile within 10 days. After 10 days I went there and
receive my mobile and was happy with their service. But wow at home I found it
switched off again. That mean they haven’t touch that mobile. I visited there
again and ask them what have you done? It have the same problem. Again they
give me a receipt and tell me to come back 20 days. I visited there after 20
days and asked about my mobile and they replied me that Sir,
You’ve to wait atleast 3
months to get your mobile. Holly Shit. I
asked them can you write it on paper and they write the same.
I asked them please give me my
mobile and they said if you need your mobile wait for 7 days. What the rubbish
it is.
Now I decide to receive
mobile without repair.
So! Moral of the story is
Never buy Karbonn Mobile.
